what did i do? i must be stoopid!

why everytime i click on a link it opens completely in a super small NEW window (maybe the size of your pinky)
How did i do this and how do i set it or get it to open in the "maximized" position?

no its not stuck down

its like the newly opened window is minimized to only show the (minimize,restore and close button) and its so small.
i thought maybe i double clicked on the blue bar for the top of the window,you know how that minimizes the window? every new window opens like that,i even tried to minimize then pull open the sides and top,didnt help. :dunno:

i think i tried that and it didnt work, but i will give that a shot.

i got it to open fully. i needed to "pull" open on the little icon in the lower right corner of the page. and just stretch the page wide open.
