This little problem is going to get out of hand, if we don't nip it in the bud right now. Personally I think it can be fixed with 4 little words........
BLACK OPS HEAD SHOT
A few SEAL team snipers in the proper positions, and start putting extra holes in the foreheads of the bad guys. Lets face it, if they can pop 3 somalians AT THE SAME TIME off the fantail of a moving destroyer, they can handle this.
