Just want to say, sounds like every place I've ever worked. I don't know of very many companies who put their people first. It's all about how much money they're putting in their own pockets - don't matter how much we get screwed or hate our jobs because where are we going to go, they'll just hire somebody else who wants the job at least for a little while. Employees are a dime a dozen.
