To be honest, I **** tribute albums, especially ones done in a wacky different style :(
The only good ones are the Rockabye Baby ones, get your little 'un into some good tunes! Perfick pressie for new parents I have found.

about the Rockabye Baby ones, i strongly agree, are AWESOME! i got almost all of them: Green Day, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkings, Tool, U2, AC/DC, Metallica, No Doubt, Rolling Stones

there is another similar series, "Babies Go" (http://www.babiesgo.com). I have: U2, Sting, Shakira, Pink Floyd, Oasis, Madonna, Guns N' Roses, Bob Marley and Aerosmith
