the only way to stop is becoming a porn star your self and fucking all those hot babes.
Well, i got married and I ues way more fuckin porn, so it works both ways!
hey guys,
I work from home, and have a huge problem... I have been addicted to watching porn for the last 3-4yrs, I have tried many times to stop.... but it is just an addiction which I cannot get rid of.
As you know it can be really distracting, especially when you work from home, and probably wastes 2hrs of my day.... but the worst part is that everytime i watch porn i wank and blow, and after i blow i get really tired and can't do any work for the rest of the day.... (it just kills my entire day)
I have tried many ways to stop my addiction, (i have even promised myself that the next time i watch porn i am going to throw $200 in the bin... i did this but the habit still didn't go away)....
This has been my daily routine for the past 4yrs
8:30am - get up and start work
11am (approx) - my brain starts thinking about pornstars and i start watching porn....
1pm - by this time i have watched many small video clips of porn and have blown my load (as soon as i have blown, i start to feel really drained and extremelly tired and cant do anything for the rest of the day....)
If anybody could please help me overcome this problem i would be extremelly gratefull.... it is destroying my life.... but the worst thing is i am always feeling really tired and fustrated....
cheers.
IMO If you stop your addiction to porn, you will just reapply your compulsion to something else.
I know that there are some people that think that addictions are weaknesses, and claim not to have any, but in my experience, everyone has addictions.
Totally addicted to porn - HOW DO I STOP!!
I hear ya.
There's a lot of ideas on how to do this, filters...
All this advice about getting a girlfriend or taking a walk or just repeating mantras is utter bullshit. Pornography addiction is like being a crackhead and you have no control over it. Believe me, I'm one of the oldest dudes on this board (by the results of one such poll at least) and I know what I am am talking about. I have been seriously into porn ever since I was a 10 year-old kid and saw my first Playboy. You have to treat it like the addiction it is and seek professional help if you truly want to quit.

That's true to a point. Except drug addiction is at least as much a craving for the chemicals as it is a mental addiction.
I don't think that porn is (as) a chemical addiction, though some may be hooked on the possible endorphine release.
