Christian Cage is weighing his options on his future. While TNA is still trying to sign him to a new deal, WWE has shown interest and has had informal conversations with him. WWE cannot have formal discussions with Cage nor can they offer him a deal while he still under contract with TNA Wrestling. Christian's current TNA contract expires next month.

TNA is not a "**** league". WWE has never signed Sting because Sting knows how the WWE has screwed over just about everyone that has ever worked for them.

At this point after reading the interview about he has to do what is best for his ****** and he doesn't care if he is returned to a midcard or lower wrestler, the WWE can have him. His heart is not in this sport and he can leave at any time. He will probably take the contract for the money.
Dustin Rhodes is Dusty Rhodes' ***. Dusty Rhodes is one of the top wrestlers of all time.
Both organizations and WCW misused him. Dustin doesn't need a gimmick, just let him wrestle as Dustin Rhodes and he will do fine.

Yeah Dean, I noted where Cage's contract was going to expire. I also noted that they did a huge blowoff with the MEM beating the heck out of him. Nice segue in case he doesn't re-sign. I'm hopeful he'll sign with WWE again and work a program or two with Edge, maybe as a new non-triple-H challenger to the title. Someone with a history with Edge, who he has no secrets from...that sort of thing.

Will-E. I do comment on the WWE feed. I take the **** at TNA as they're not my favorite brand, but I don't have anything serious against them. It's kinda like having a favorite sports team and goofing on all other teams that oppose them. So if you're offended, my bad. A little ribbing never hurt anyone though. As for Dustin, I've got to disagree. They tried him as Dustin Rhodes originally. He tanked. The Golddust gimmick made him, and he used it well, but it's gotten tired and old. His recent turn as Black Reign was about as well received. Who your ***** was doesn't necessarily make you the best wrestler.

I never said anyone's ****** would make them a great wrestler. Dustin could do fine on his own under his own name.
People are just brainwashed with gimmicks and wouldn't know what good wrestling is if you showed them.
he is too vanilla to be wrestling under his own name.he has no charisma.
he did wrestle under the name dustin runnels after the golddust gimmick and he was just Golddust without the face paint and black and yellow body suit.
same moves...same finisher same charisma...none! and terrible on the mic NOT as golddust

I'd like to see Dustin wrestle as himself and team up with Cody, and then Dusty Rhodes could be their manager.
i understand the nostalga and all like seeing the older guys wrestling. but TNA is not in need of older wrestlers. they have a division...X division which is like the WCW's Crusierweights which had some of the best wrestling and best wrestlers...they didn't need a storyline from week to week. they just put on a great match as their storyline.

what did flair really do his last 2 years in WWE? i can bet he lost more than he won and was just a filler match instead of in a storyline (except for the HBK-Naich feud)

The general belief within TNA is that Christian Cage is returning back to World Wrestling Entertainment, reports the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. TNA had a meeting with Cage to try to convince him to stay, but he wouldn't commit. TNA also had some of the boys attempt to talk him out leaving. TNA wants him to stay and be a top talker on the babyface side of the feud with the Main Event Mafia. However, Cage has yet to sign a WWE contract.
