And similar topics are allowed, not the same topic. ie. the distinction here is that one thread is for cut-off t-shirts like the title actually states and the other is for pulled up tops. So similar yes, but different. And if anyone is not following the title of the thread in terms of what they post, then that is their fault rather than a fault of the thread.
