I would have to say:
1. Really obvious tan lines
2. People that look at little past their prime. Obviously there's a big niche, with all the MILF sites and what have you, but some people are just pushing it.
3. Hugely fake breasts, especially if they sag. Also in the breast category, big implant scars. Who wants to see that...you don't have to see the scar to know they're fake 99% of the time.
4. Nasty dye jobs. This is probably just a woman thing, but I can't stand when the blondes look unnatural, or you can see a bunch of dark roots and/or the hair is fried from overprocessing. In my opinion a nice honey blonde looks a lot better than overprocessed, dry, bleach blonde.
