Its "the right to be nude in public"
And I agree with chef, the only reason a woman would go topless is to get attention, period.

I have a problem with that line of thinking. Women don't have some mind control ray *** they point at people to make them do stuff. Nobody but the person who does an action is responsible for that person's actions. Everybody adult ultimately responsible for their own actions. To think otherwise is ignorant.

Of course women should have the same rights as men. Does it mean that they should if they are given this right... probably not in most cases. As mentioned, adults need to consider the possibilities that could arise from their actions. Even using common sense and being cautious tho' there are always nutty freaks that peak into windows and such. :2 cents:

I think it'd be hot if girls were allowed to go topless. But I don't think people would want their young **** seeing tits everywhere. It's just people are so prude in the real world, unlike in freeones. hehe
The law will not make sense at all. The beautiful girls that we all like to see topless will never do so because 1) they don't want to get pervs or rapists on their tail 2) they don't want their rep ruined. The only ones who would take advantage of the law are either ugly, old, is a nudist already, or seeking attention to themselves.
Hell no I think there are alot of tits that would make me throw up like my grandma's or your grandma's. maybe there should be a license and only hot chicks can do it. But I know there are alot of tits I don't want to see. Go to a nudist resort you'll see what I mean.

Oh, that old excuse? Wear a tanktop and shorts. Taking off a tanktop doesn't drop enough temperature to change the fact that it's hot outside, so there's no reason to go shirtless.
You just contradicted yourself. You say that women don't have the ability to make men do things, as if they are innocent in this, but then you say that every adult is responsible for their own actions; which would include the women who flaunt their bodies to get attention and make men lust after them.
If I dangle a bag of ******* in front of a recovering **** addict to entice them, then set the bag down so they can have it and then they start snorting lines, whose to blame?
There's the **** addict, for snorting the ******* and then there's me, for purposely enticing them with the ******* in the first place.
So, like I said, women are just as much to blame for how they get treated.

And while we might think of scenarios like "What about all the poor **** at the mall? Seeing breasts?!" Well, for one, I think a little less repression of natural humanity would make Western culture a little less &^%$ed up, but that's besides the point - malls are private places where rules can be set by those that own them.
Should women be running around topless? That's a bit of a different question, one which I honestly don't care much about.
As usual, I resolutely stand against legislation that prohibits natural behavior that doesn't hurt anyone. A little female breast action (as we already get plenty of male, attractive or not) doesn't hurt anybody. Even the wee *****ren.

Why can't people just be happy with the freedoms we already have in this country? Like it or not, we live in the most free country in the entire world. People in other countries risk their lives and abandon their past by trying to come to America. But, we're too busy over here complaining about having the right to go topless?

Why does the US have a huge stick up its ass about nudity? Nudity is a beautiful thing and here people make it out to be obscene and dirty. The US could use a good dose of European thinking when it comes to nudity. :2 cents:
I like how you all keep saying that the US likes to make a big deal out of nudity and that we're too over protective. Im pretty sure the US is one of the only countries that even allowed stores to sell GTA:San andreas.
As for germany, people keep saying how they're so care free and able to go nude, but when it comes to Saints Row 2, they had to edit the content because it was too violent.

The US is over protective. The laws they have for adult and nudity in general is so strict it is not even funny. They act like a naked pair of boobs is a crime. I am also talking about the government, not every citizen. Video games are not nudity, this thread was about being topless. :thumbsup:
