Getting a lot of press this side of the pond. Surely this is inappropriate behaviour for a President.

Trump is entitled to his first amendment right of expressing his opinion. I can certainly see how that would be lost on residents of the UK since freedom of speech is at a premium there. As for inappropriate behavior, Bill Clinton and his surrogates constantly trashed Ken Starr during his ongoing investigation.
