I read a lot of different comments on the board, but one thing is missing zo far, at least for me. Something people seem to overlook. Isn't it so that most of the fun, the serious threads, the laughing in between members, the respect towards each other,... all of that, doesn't that start with the members themselves, or even better with YOU, yourself?
I mean, it's the members making the board, and what the board has got to offer towards each other. If there are people active who are just posting to get a certain amount of posts (for instance to gain rep power or points), just leave them and ignore them. I read here that in the old days 50% of the first page of the Talk section were serious topics back then, why do'nt you start a serious topic yourself if you believe that's not the case anymore?
Me, from my side, I see a small amount of relative new members who really do an effort to make and try it work. So why not contrabute with them if you don't have the inspiration to start a new thread?
Anyway, just my :2 cents: of course. I'm only trying to help...
