I love how he made Buffy an ass kicker and Cordelia from cheerleader cutie in BTVS to demon killer in Angel. I do hope you can do a Whedon-themed cosplay series, Ari. Voted for Most Underrated today.

I did have a set where I had vampire fangs in and a BTVS shirt on.. it was fun.
BUT I found out Visa is super against vampire themed content. Not even kidding, haha
So I had to remove it from my website. Maybe I can post the photos here when I have a few minutes to track them down

Buffy was one of my first TV-shows that i remember loving, when i had seen the first episode i went outside and started to pretend to kill vampires with a stick. NEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRDDDD.
I love his work, Buffy(Movie), Toy Story, Alien: Resurrection, Titan A.E.(one of my first DVD's), Atlantis, Angel, Firefly, Dr. Horrible, Dollhouse, Cabin in the woods, Avengers. That man is my god. :bowdown:

I had a kind of feeling you might be a fan.
Who in their right mind thought that it would be a good idea to cancel Firefly before the first season even finished airing? At least Dollhouse got a couple of seasons.

Yeah, Visa also made me remove all my content with knives.. haha. It's not like I was depicting anything violent but they are very strict.
You'd be surprised how many photos I had with knives I guess

I've been wanting to do a gender-bend cosplay of Dr. Horrible soooo badly!!

Obviously the continual desire by the masses for weak-willed women is still just to submit to this misogynistic power trip ideal where all men are beef cakes and all women are fertile little fawning trollops ;P It's why even in cartoons that have beefy masculine guys, even psychologists will tell you it's because it fits into the fantasized power fantasy of men.
Most movies/ media still try to fit the concept of man overcomes struggle, man works hard and earns the prize of bedding a virtuous lady turned slut for him only.

To the other bit you're mentioning, that's why I eventually just started calling a spade a spade and have 0 problem with people saying I do porn.
When I first turned 18 and started nude modeling, I was very much like "it's not porn!! It's art, it's art!!".
Now I see that the two don't have to be mutually exclusive, and that the word "porn" shouldn't hold a negative connotation. Obviously my limits also expanded as a result of that realization, because I stopped really giving a shit and try to emphasize doing whatever feels right to me at the time.

It would make way more sense if it was a "taboo" fetish or the vampire/ knife content had actual blood play in it. (Doesn't even have fake blood!)
I get that vampires are considered demons in other cultures and I get why they wouldn't want me to depict any actual violence.. but it was sooo tame, I was honestly shocked.
I also had to get rid of all content of me smoking pot, which didn't come as a surprise I do have my medical marijuana license but still, that one was kind of expected sooner or later

Wow! Yikes! I really didn't see that one coming. Can't stand? Eliza Dushku was definitely one of my favorites in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The fight scenes between Eliza's Faith and SMG's Buffy were always very hot. :yesyes: :drool2: And Eliza's also great in Bring it On.

Oh well, so now I know ... don't send Ari an Eliza Dushku T-Shirt or anything like that.
