As someone who has been watching porn for more than a few years, one thing I have noticed is that a lot of these girls get the most awful tattoos possible. Gals who would otherwise be absolutely perfect ruin themselves with ink that is both garish and inane. In fact, there seems to be an inverse ratio between the ability to perform a hot scene and the ability to make good decisions regarding body alteration. Take Teagan Presley for example. She is a lovely woman who performs amazing scenes and yet her sleeve is an atrocity. Julia Bond is another example; she went from being a cute, fresh face with a killer body to a freak show. Some of my very favorite girls like Nikki Rhodes and Raylene also have very unfortunate tattoos and while it does not stop me from enjoying the work that they do, it does knock them down a few pegs in my book.
For me, I have always thought that tattoos indicate that someone is low class or they have low self esteem. I know that is painting with a pretty broad brush but that is just how I feel. And porn is supposed to be about the fantasy of a beautiful woman who loves and craves sex but seeing girls all inked up takes away from the beauty in my book.
I subscribe to Penthouse and one of the many things that I love about the mag is that they airbrush out the ink most of the time.
