Found some cheese from a visit to Wisconsin. Shells in the pantry. Mac & cheese recipe from the back of the cheese packet. Home run.

I'm looking to make a meat loaf. Got all of the goods but don't have a metal loaf pan. Please help.

Doesn't your grocery store sell them? Even one of those thick foil pans would work, until you can find a metal, or glass version.

I swung by Tennessee's BBQ in the middle of the day. Got a pulled pork sandwich with baked beans and cornbread. Was delish! Washed it down with a couple of Sam Adams' Boston lagers.

You need a special pan for meat loaf?

Oven-ribs can be tricky, hope she didn't make them mushy.

She prepared them perfectly according to the directions. They tasted great, the meat easily fell off the bone, and they were not the slightest bit mushy. I told her to buy some more of those the next time she goes to Costco. She also got some really good Korean Beef Bulgogi also from Costco that she cooked on a portable stove-top BBQ that we ate the other day.

Tonight it's just McDonald's as I'm picking that up then tomorrow we are going to a Szechuan Chinese Restaurant for some Oriental People Food.

Since reading through the spicy food thread I got the thought of getting some hot stuff recently. I just got done buying super spicy Korean noodles that I then added a pretty good amount of gochujang I ordered online to the broth. I got done eating them about half an hour ago and my lips are still numb. I have a feeling that eating it won't be the biggest problem as it's probably going to burn worse when it comes out the other end.

I have not tried those but I want to. Are they the ones from the top video that Matt Stonie ate? Check out crazy LA Beast below that one as he adds Mad Dog .357 Plutonium 9,000,000 Scoville Units Pepper Extract.

Really super-good sushi from Ralph's Supermarket. The Ralph's in Westwood Village has a very busy full service sushi bar staffed with real live 100% Oriental Japanese types. The sushi is always fresh and well put together. I am also a nut for wasabi and spread it all over my sushi like I would guacamole on a tortilla chip.

Sunday morning I made a pot of pasta fagioli...pasta and beans. It's very simple to make, and pretty cheap too. I used Kidney, Canallnai, and Great Northern beans. A large yellow onion, a package of celery, a can of plum tomatoes and a small can of tomato paste, some chicken stock, and about 3 stripes of bacon.

Very filling, very hearty soup for a cool fall day. Get a nice loaf of Italian bread, crisp it up in the oven, and some Romano cheese to sprinkle on top. Peasant food at it's best.

Tonight we had Subway. I got the 3 footlong sandwich special for $18.99. My wife and mother-in-law split a Tuna Footlong Sub. I ate 2 Chipotle Steak & Cheese Footlong Subs with everything plus cilantro and jalapeños. Goody-good-good!

"Slummed it" tonight. Finished up the god-awful box of WHEAT "Frozen 2"-themed macaroni and cheese, with a salad and ranch dressing, washing down with some Nestle Quik chocolate milk. I grabbed some Wendy's take-out the night before - Biggie Bag, with spicy nuggs; mmmm..

Had a pork chop grilled on the BBQ in Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Nuked some broccoli in cheese sauce, and had a slice of Texas Toast. Washed it down with some pinot grigio. Yum!

We are having take out from a place called "Melt". Very vegan friendly for my wife, plenty of burger choices for me, although I'm going with 2 bowls of buffalo chicken chowder soup. I'll throw some extra chicken, and some gold fish crackers in that, and turn it into a thick filling mess, and it'll feel like I ate a half a bag of cement. My wife got a Portabello mushroom sammich, with a side of fries. The food is very good, but the portions aren't the best, but it is close.
