I made chicken mole over brown rice with a couple over medium eggs on the side. It was noms. Roasted a green chili and threw it in to simmer with the sauce. Made all the difference in the world. Roasted some pumpkin and sesame seeds and topped them for crunch.

Found some nice smallish tomatoes. Gutted them and stuffed them with a tuna salad. Brought them to a card game last night. Almost broke even but I'm sure to be invited to the next card game. I like hosting but if I can bring one dish and let the host clean up the mess, it's all good.

Do you bake them off or serve them cold? Sounds interesting. And more importantly, what do you put in your tuna salad? I find that everyone's tastes different which is amazing.

Grilled chicken in teriyaki marinade, fresh garden salad, Uncle Ben's wild rice, a couple of glasses of Sonoma Valley Chardonnay, topped by a cup of Friendly's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. Yum!!

Those puppies were served cold. Chop onions and celery. The smallest amount of blue cheese dressing to bind it. Shaved carrots in a curly fashion and a sprinkle of green onion to the top to look fancy. It was a card game so it was a finger food kind of thing. When I do the larger tomatoes for a meal, I roast the tomatoes after gutting. Same chopped onion and celery thing but use just a tiny bit of the tomato squeezings for the mix. The final is a slice of provolone or muenster cheese and sliced roasted pepper added till cheese melted.

Mind you, I am using canned tuna, not anything fancy. The only way you can fuck it up is by making the filling too soft. The inside of the tomato does that job when once bitten and chewed.

You mentioned that you are of Asian descent. Do you fall into the small dick category? A simple yes or no will suffice.

That sounds actually pretty good. And no, I am happily above average. Not claiming anything massive in any way, but I do OK with the ladies ;)

My Aunt used to put chopped up hard boiled egg in her's, along with what you've mentioned...I add a little bit of chopped up capers to mine. I put it in tarter sauce too.

Two Quarter Pounders w/cheese from McDonald’s. For the third time in a row they were amazingly fresh and delicious. This time they were actually wrapped in doilies like I was dining at some fancy-shmancy 5 star restaurant.

A big bowl of buffalo chicken chowder, and an order of hang over fries, from a restaurant named "Melt". The fries are covered in a pork belly gravy, green onions, and mozzarella cheese. Tastes like sausage gravy. The soup has hot pepper rings, celery, and goldfish cheese crackers.

Last night I had some perfectly cooked Penne covered with a ton of well spiced Italian Sausage in a delicious Red Sauce from Pomodoro Trattoria. They threw in a loaf of their fresh baked Italian Bread so I could clean my plate with it.

Alright bitches, it's been forty days and I've had a few good meals. I cooked for sixty people on Saint Patrick's Day at my KofC council. I made my now infamous fish cakes; authentic Irish stew; a winter vegetable cobbler (that was fantastic, by the way); and of course, the least authentic "Irish" dish ever...corned beef and cabbage. By all accounts it was a success. Yay me.

Welcome back, Ace. I had 2 meat, bean, and cheese burritos from Tito's Tacos. Ace, the next time you come to LA make sure you stop by Tito's Taco's on Sepulveda Bl and Washington Pl in Culver City and get some of those tasty burritos. Don't forget the green salsa.
