Though there does not have to be. For me, regardless of who is working outside the home, and who is managing things at home is immaterial. You committed to sharing a life together, that includes sharing of tasks. Doesn't make a lot of difference who is making the money. Be equal partners, have equal shares.

Again, that's just what works for me. Everyone has their own system.

I usually don't do this but here goes. You're not an OCSM yet so I guess I can treat you like any other poster.

You're boyfriend comes here and starts a thread bragging about how his girlfriend is breaking into the business. You nor him were looking for advice on how to further your career you came here to make it be known that you have been signed. There are a lot of hot women on here (a lot hotter than you) and they don't have this fucking prima donna attitude and still remain very sweet and accessible to us on the board. We can have disagreements and you may have one to get pissed off once in a while but none of them come here looking for a fight.

They give all kinds of advice around here from cooking to what music they like to how they manage their bank accounts. The advice they gave you about managing money was intended to be every bit as helpful as anything else related to the business.

If I were suggest one thing to you I would lose the attitude and take the advice and either accept it or not. You are going to meet a lot more people in this business that are going to say things you don't like from time to time and if you don't take that chip off your shoulder you are going to be slinging hash at a truck stop about a year from now.
