So many ****** members?

Why are there so many ****** members on the board, every thread ive visited lately has a great majority of members seemingly ****** for some action or another?
Are the mods being far to strict or are the rules just being tightended far to much?
I dont know exactly what it takes to get "banned4life" or "******" but it cant take much if so many members have been.

Mods don't like people talking about bannings. NEVER ask why someone is gone. Just don't bother.

I don't think there is any problem with any mods here. And the rules are fair. Pretty laid back in fact, this is a porn board after all.

I'm guessing that there are two major reasons why people are ******.

1. Many people have strong opinions, get easily offended, and then tend to post before they think in retaliation. The best thing to do if you have an issue with something someone said is to either be able to debate your points reasonably, ignore them, or keep it to PM's.

2. New users who sign up with an agenda, post something prohibited, *******, or just plain stupid.

****** can be permanent or temporary depending on the offense or number of them. Banned4Life is permanent.

To answer your question,people get ****** for a reason. People get banned4life if they did something very serious and constantly repeated the same mistakes on the board, people get ****** if you did a serious mistake one or two times and this after people got a warning from the mods.
The rules are strict but they want people to respect each other and avoid any way of flaming, spamming and disruption. I know most of the mods here since a very long time, they are very good people.

People are ****** when they earn it. Bans are not a first resort.

Look at the poster, not the mod. As it is the poster who's done the mistake of breaking the rules. The mods on this board are some of the best you'll ever find, they are very fair and honest. They have time for members and will warn a member before they ban them. Bans are a last resort to them who don't heed the warning.

If you are going through threads where the great majority of people are ****** you are going through some extremely old threads. Otherwise I don't see it when you say the great majority of people were ******.

Basically its people's inability to put a cap on their attitudes and opinions that ultimately get them ******. Some people get ****** regularly... it doesn't mean the mods are too strict... it means the member just doesn't learn.

I got ****** once and fully deserved it, I don't think its strictness at all, I know from experience once it gets heated you don't really care if you're ****** or not. I don't think its a bad thing that people get ****** I think its what keeps the board fresh and involving. The mods do a good job.

No, the mods are impersonal when it comes to bannings. After being a member for a year I can tell you the mods are very equal. They respect you as much as you respect the board, no more, no less.

4G63 wants all rep to be grey. This means he has to be exactly zero rep for that and members are trying to get him there. But we've not managed it yet, so sometimes he's red and others green. But not the grey yet:thumbsup:
