Anyone that helps out a stray or rescues a pet is tops in my book.
It reminds me of that story I saw a while back, where the dog had lost it's back legs so they made him a harness with a couple of little wheels so he could get around.
Just shows you though, a little bit of love and they can bounce back from whatever hell they've been through.

Lac3y does bark an awful lot at our black neighbors. Then again, she barks at everyone. Getting her that Confederate Battle Flag harness probably hasn't helped.
