BC, let's be real here. You can't rejuvenate the snappy crispness of fresh vegetables from a can. Your church ladies can dance and pray all day with their secret herbs and spices and those veggies will never come out of mush. Same goes for meat and fruit. However, cooked food can hold flavor and texture with canning. Pickling works also. The canned baked beans? Yea, I'd go there since making a batch produces more than be consumed in most situations. Too much work to be under appreciated.
