rep points (rep power)

If I understand you correctly...the answer is found simply by hitting "Profile" in white letters in the blue band across the top.

You will see "Reputation Points" and a list of the threads where you were given a rating. The color of the tiny square indicates postive - neutral (un impowered member - or negative (I suppose). It also gives you your total points.

I am guessing who gave me bad points. I have seen the comments. purple is bad. green is good and i dunno about grey.

Grey means..someone gave you rep but hasn't got any rep power.

so darn confusing...sorry to be a dumbass (as usual....simpathy vote anyone!?) but someone mentioned you could see which posts you got your rep points for?....how do you go about doing that?....

After clicking PROFILE, your reputation history is pulled up, which shows the threads that you got rep from. Click on these hotlinks and they will bring you directly to the post that was graded.

i have 220+ posts been registered since 2003 been away frm t'internet for awhile i am a loyal freeones poster n i have rep power of 2 which is more than sum pl have wit alot more posts so big up my long time register here LMAO
pls explain tha rep points in layman terms i.e so i can understand them rofl

Rep POWER is based on:
1) how long you've been a member
2) your frequency of visits to the board
3) your frequency of posts
4) your number of reputation points

rep POWER is not rep POINTS so don't confuse them.
rep POINTS is an expression of your reputation.

rep POINTS can be given or taken away, which will eventually change the green stone under your name and also maybe change the number of your rep POWER (which is how much your vote counts in giving rep to another person) If you move your mouse over people's stones, you can see what their reputation is like. i.e. "on a distinguished road....", "an unknown quantity....(which is a bad reputation)" etc.

Well, what happens is... it's kinda like y'know and then when someone does a thingy then it's something else, I mean ,er ..I think it has something to do with naked babes...perhaps not.
