Well I wouldn't go that far...yet. I plan to get back there though.

Unfortunately I hurt my hand a few months ago (and my foot months before that that also took months to heal) and I'm not sure what's was wrong with it. It's taking a long time to heal so maybe it was ligament or tendon damage of some sort. Bones tend to completely heal in about 6 weeks for healthy adults unless you really shatter it or it's a bone like the clavicle that doesn't heal well if it breaks so I don't think it's that. It's around 75% healed now, but I can still feel a weird sensation if I apply a moderate amount of crushing strength with it. I made the decision to wait until it's fully healed, or at least as healed as it's going to get before going back to using it hard even if I lose out on time and I regress. I think it will be better than to risk reinjuring it and having my lifting days done for a long time or permanently.
