Skyline is a restaurant chain that specializes in chili spaghetti and corny dogs. The chili they make is known as Cincinnati Chili. Other Cincinnati chili chains are Gold Star and Empress.

Cincinnati Chili is very different than regular chili. I believe it was originally made in Cincinnati my Macedonian immigrants. I think the ingredients that make it different are cinnamon and ground anchovies. The beef is very finely ground.
