I always keep the original names in RPGs.

I think the only time I've ever named my characters was when playing Earthbound.

really, i never keep the original names ... every name i can change i will, kinda to make it more personal ...

I always change the main character's name to something that makes me feel like I'M the main character. Yeah, I'm one of those nerds.

I just like "personalizing" the game a little bit. It makes it more fun, IMO.

On this round i intend to keep them original, but i usually change them, I name Vincent to my name.

I guess that makes me one of those nerds.

Vincent ... you really like the dark once ... He was that vampyre right ?... I've played FF VII, but unfortunately i like FF VIII more (it was my second game first one was Hercules (Disney game, wanted my *** to play it as well) ... Anyhow i've played them almost all, have to say that IX was a bit lesser then the rest ...
My names are mostly nicknames i've "earned" over the years ... Ass is one of them
