I probably eat about a little over 20 pounds (10kg) a honey a year. Most of it I just eat raw right after my workout. People think I'm weird for just spooning it out and eating it. I also try to get locally produced honey because I heard it might help reduce some mild allergies.

Btw...Whats the American pound in German "Gramm" (gram)

The German "Pfund" is exactly 500 gram. But I think the American is different right?

2.2 pounds for us is very close to a kilogram. 500 grams would be 1.1 pounds so it's close but a little heavier.
