Yeah for some reason I can't give new rep to people I've already given rep to. I wonder why!?

You need to give rep to others first before you can rep someone for his/her post that you've givin rep in the past.
That's what's called spreading rep.
Is to make sure 2 or 3 people don't rep one another to big hights.
If I'd give rep to the person that has started this thread as in good thread I like it very much,then I'd have to give rep to other people (about 6 or 7) before I can give rep again to that person for a post made by that person that I like for whatever reason.

i think if you fall below 8? rep points then your rep power drops down to zero until you get your rep back up again.
