Who decides of the comments?
Okay... now
this is a documentation of your REP (reputation) points. If you notice, that most recent comment with my screen name and comment is the example of what I had sent to you yesterday as an illustration of how a comment should "preferably" be posted to your history. You earn BOTH positive and negative REP points from the Board members based upon quite a few factors: the quality of your posts, how often you post, your participation in helping other members, etc.
Think of it this way: you're
earning reputation based upon how you interact with other Board members; it's almost like a "popularity" contest in a way. As long as you conduct yourself in a manner that reflects quality and genuine comraderie within the Board,
any Freeones Forum member can comment on such at any time. The same holds true if you were a less than desirable type of member: combative, sarcastic, etc. However, not every memeber is obviously going to comment;
that decision lies with that particular person viewing your comments on any given thread, your previous contributions, etc.
You earn these points as you go along with your time on the Forum, building up points as each member contributes to your reputation.
Take me, for example: if you scroll up through this thread, you'll see a fairly recent screen shot of my reputation history. I have both positive and negative reputation points as well as some included comments that reflect the various opinions of the Board members who posted the comments and reputation points. For the most part, unless you absolutely are just an "undesirable", the members will most likely be inclined to give you positive reputation points. However, there
can be instances when people disagree with your point of view and will give you negative reputations just because you hold a different opinion or view. Again, that decision to do so lies within that person who is viewing your post, thread, etc.
There are one or two additional threads, in addition to those that you and I have already discussed, that explain exactly what happens when you earn points and what they "mean in the big picture:

Read this in addition to those other links I referred you to the other day and it should clarify all of the information we've talked about over the past several days.
