Well.... for the styling wise, if you compare it with a BMW M class or MB AMG series or Lexus LS or GS series.... this is the only one which looks one of a kind (Sport car blend with sedan with reasonable look)

Eh, that was just the money men trying to prove who had a bigger dick. One week Porsche was buying VW. The next week, VW was buying Porsche. Porsche lost that battle when their FOREX and other trading operations couldn't keep the coffers full.

I'm not too worried. VW owns Lamborghini, Bugatti and Bentley. FIAT owns 90% or so of Ferrari, plus all of Maserati and Alfa Romeo. Ford owned Jaguar... now it's owned by Tata Motors. As long as they let Porsche continue to be Porsche, I doubt the average buyer will even notice.
