What version of firefox are you using because the download wouldn't let me add it to my 1.7 version on that particular download page.

im still on 1.5. i guess i need to update. but if youre saying the thing dont work on the new one, i might not.

edit: i went to mozilla.com and the download said 1.5. how do you have 1.7?

I understand the need for advertising, and have no problem with that, but please, at least make it something that we have the option to click on, it is beyond annoying that everytime I want to go over to my scroll bar that thing opens up! Please replace it with a clickable ad instead.

So how do you close this damn thing? I'm using FF too, version 1.5.0.6. This is most annoying. A fucking huge white banner with a chick in the corner tell me to grab her big tits. Why would I want to do that? I'm at work. Then I move my cursor over the banner to get the full add. I can't find a way to minimize or close the add. The banner is really obnoxious and ridiculus and overkill. 3/4 of the top of the site is inaccessible. Can't search. Can't go to the PM section. Glad my password is saved cause I wouldn't be able to log on.
Not to be a jerk or nothing, but this has got to be the worst add placement banner on the internet that I have ever seen. Is the add revenue really worth chasing members away from the site?

I did see this new banner on a Windows box, and it actually is kinda cool. But on my linux box, it's retarded, and makes the site gimped. 90% of user functions are not accessible. Can't read the top posts of a thread. But I guess people who can't get around it are in the minority.

Not sure, but upon going to 1.6 with the flashblock that obnoxious ad is gone most of the time.
