Palin makes Obama terrorist claim

Terrorist noise,Trooper gate noise, crowds of pub supporters venting racist hatred are all side issues IMO.Economies of the world and their collpase overwhelm all of that. Its been a bloodbath again overnight worldwide for stocks and has been here for a couple weeks now.Dow down to almost 8000 from 12,000 where it was.GM stock down to $5 dollars a share, the least since 1950 and talk of them using chapter 11 bankruptcy is all that matters.Poll shows voters who think economy is number 1 issue are going 2 to 1 for Obama.Thats the issue that matters most by far I think and why Obama will win.

I think it adds a demeaning quality to one's statements. It's like someone calling your Grandfather, Gramps or your wife Honey.

Alright then I'll just call him Barack Hussein Obama or Mr O? (I did like Barry it reminds me of Barry Manillow, don't you like his songs?)

Oh where has the sense of humor gone in this country? people are so polarized and stressed over this thing called election, whoever wins they are part of the system all they do is fuck the country either a lil bit faster or slower, you see there's not even a third choice. :D

I believe McCain is really a decent man who is uncomfortable with these lynch mob type rallies this week & is conflicted with his campaign's strategy of attacking Obama. Today in Minnesota after media & GOP criticism of these angry rallies he had to chastise some of his supporters for their heated & irrational attacks on Obama & calls for respect & says not to be scared of Obama as Prez & got booed :

Although he & his VP have stoked these crowds with the Ayers nonsense, Hussein connotations , "That one" disrespectfulness ,etc.... hopefully mcCain will show his true character & move beyond this garbage.

His comments today were a hopeful first step. The fire his campaign's been fanning the last week plus is a very dangerous one for all americans. In just a week's time he lost much of the respect I've accorded him all these years. But if he's sincere about this it's not too late to get it back, and even amplify it.

Not to buy into the Obama bias and motto.. (even though I believe it without his suggestion)

.. but McCain can lose respect by not having his pulse on the beat of America. Like Bush. Ahem, so when people mention that it's 4 more years of the same.. well that's 4 more years where he might ruffle a few feathers each week. Each year.

Eh.. we're all sure McCain is an alright human being. Palin, too. But they're not the kind of people you want to be in charge of the local fast food joint, let alone the nation that leads the entire world, politically.

She is grabbing at straws now. Trying to prove her standing as a VP candidate. Very thin straws with gloves on...

It shows, though, that McCain himself doesn't believe the BS that his campaign has been promoting - all week his campaign has been putting out this slime about how Obama's connections with Ayers are so deep and show that Obama can't be trusted and is a suspicious character, etc - so now when he sees what that crap unleashes, he pulls back from it - cause luckily he's not quite as bad as his own campaign - and says, "No, Obama is really a decent man with a great family"

McCain should just fold the fucking tent and give it up. He's showing levels of erratic behaviour that we haven't seen in a presidential candidate since Nixon - Palin's cuter than Spiro Agnew, but just as scary to think of as having any real power.

Those are desperate measures by the republicans. Nov 4 is around the corner and they are saying and doing anything! What happened to class?

Look at the "folks" who crawled out of the woodwork for this McCain campaign stop in PA. What a grotesque assemblage of willfully ignorant knuckle-draggers.

They look well trained. Good command of the English language too.

Acorn and good friend Barama register dead people and singlehandedly brought down the whole financial catastrophe on our country through dealings withFannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Barama is the second most highest paid person from Acorn, and busses homeless people from state to state.

I think I got it finally

I was thinking the same thing too at how the Founding Fathers would be ashamed of such politics ,but I saw on the history channel JEFFERSON was accused of being an 'infidel' & 'unbeliever' under which 'murder, robbery, rape, adultultery, & incest will openly be taught & practiced":1orglaugh(allusions to his relationship with Sally Hemmings)

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2004/06/20/ING2976LEA1.DTL

http://washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/10/12/AR2008101201966_pf.html

More mudslinging from the Founding Fathers such as :

John Adams being accused of being a "PIMP" & having a "hideous hermaphroditical character":1orglaugh

James Buchannan was accused of being "at least a little bit gay" & Andrew Jackson called him "Aunt Nancy" & his alleged boyfriend "Aunt Fancy".

Andrew Jackson's "mother was a common prostitute:eek: brought to the country by British soldiers! She afterwards married a MULLATO man with whom she had several children which Jackson numbered one" according to a pro Adams paper.

Lincoln was called "Honest Ape" by a paper with illustrations of two Black men groping a White woman.

Grants drinking,Cleveland's illigitimate child,etc...were among many subjects considered fair game back in the day.
These are just a few examples of political mudslinging that was actually much worse than today & I was absolutely shocked by the stuff said back then which make us tame in comparison today.

Well she was bitching the otherday that Caroline Kennedy was getting more media attention than she did when she was vp candidate. Which is bullshit, they never shut up about her. But then again why not show alot of Palin, everyone loves a live train wreck right before their eyes.

Seems kinda funny for Palin to gripe about that, seeing as how she was/allowed herself to be shielded so much from the press. She had very few interviews for someone running for VP.
