I remember on sept 11th watching the news later that day.
earlier I had driven to an area of new jersey where I saw the second tower go down clear as day right before my eyes.
but on the news they showed people in some arab country, regular citizens, a lot of them , like a town square watching a tv and when they saw the towers go down they went nuts, yelling screams of joy.
they were actually celebrating watching thousands of people die at the moment it happened.
So I figure if thats how one town reacted then they probably all feel that way.
Since then whenever I hear someone, like Obama, say " Islam is not the enemy" , I say bullshit.
Its part of their culture to hate the USA and wish the worst for them, want them dead.

Meester in many cases I'm the only one who ever takes you seriously. Nobody with a working brain compares George Bush's wars to either WWI or WWII. In each of those cases there was an identifiable country with an army and a leader for "us" to go to war against. In the case of the "War on Terror" it is nothing more than a giant con to keep Americans living in fear and terror to keep funding military expenditures. Ever since 9/11 the Military, and with George Bush's blessing, has done everything in their power to become ingrained within college and pro sports. What does the military have to do with sports, btw? :dunno:
We need to dial down our aggression in the Middle East now that the leader of the organization that launched terrorist attacks against the U.S. is dead.
If Obama were to announce all U.S. troops would come home by end of 2011, the price of oil would drop like a rock back down to $60/barrel which is the supply/demand price point. The global economy and the U.S. economy is in the shitter. There is no logical explanation for $100 barrel oil other than speculator scum profiting on fear.
If we remove fear we get peace and prosperity.

but I wasn't comparing the wars in my posts.
And don't blame bush too much, he had to answer to a higher power and it wasn't god.
I would say that had gore won the 2000 election things would have gone down about the same.
but I stick to my post, things in that region would be the same with or without the usa over there.
more controlled in Iraq though because they would still have a dictator with a big moustache keeping the peace........by fear.
