Or indeed, Manchester Untied.

I can't believe Newcastle, the Prem's most doubtlessly "in crisis" team, were within mere minutes of beating Chelski. Love seeing the Kings Road rent boys in such disarray. Hope Jose leaves soon, so I can go back to secretly loving him.

I thought Modest Tim would do OK for them, but unfortunately his bizarre summer window tactics of only signing players called "Jordan" has not really paid off.

Interesting how a rearrangement of letters bring a different meaning. Not on purpose, of course. Let th games continue.

Would that be the biggest surprise if Chelsea wound up in the bottom three ? Weren't they decent for many years ?

It would be the biggest shock in the history of top flight football in England in my estimation. Within my lifetime, teams have gone from winning the league to shit the very next season (Leeds in 92-93, off the top of my head) but for Chelsea with their resources, players and Jose Mourinho at the helm, to go from Champions to relegated in one season, would be insane.

Put simply, it won't happen. The Identifier is just having a little laugh at their expense. They will arrest their current form and I'd be gobsmacked if they didn't finish in the top 4 still. They won't finish in the bottom half, never mind bottom 3. Yes, they've lost 4 games and are considerably off the pace - teams at the top have lost 2 a piece too and currently there's no consistency, nothing has settled down yet. Yes, they're having a mare right now, but to talk of them coming outside the Champions League places after 8 games would be nearly as knee-jerk as the clowns that said City would just stroll to the title 2 games in. Nothing's ever simple to predict in the Premier League any time before Christmas at either the top or bottom.

Gut feeling Bournemouth will not lose to Manchester City next week and who's under more pressure in the Aston Villa vs Chelsea match ?

Man City who just annihilated Newcastle, with Sergio Aguero netting 5, at home to Bournemouth who last game couldn't keep a clean sheet at home to Watford? Good luck with that one mate. ;) I've made Kevin De Bruyne my captain in Fantasy Football next weekend, that's a home banker. Last weekend I had Aguero, LOL.

Villa / Chelsea is a tough one in terms of pressure but Villa haven't won since opening day (against Bournemouth, funnily enough) and if you're Chelsea, the exact game you want to try and bounce back is playing Aston Villa Nil. I bet Guzan and Westwood still have nightmares to this day about that 8-0 three years ago.

I have to remember the home teams. Felt better if Bournemouth was home but maybe they still can pull it out. In the few years I have been watching I don't remember Aston Villa being this bad.

What a tremendous gut feeling you have. The Cherries to beat the Blue Noses, the Villans to destroy the Rent Boys, the Hornets to embarrass the Gooners, the Front Wheel Skids to beat the Bin Dippers and finally United to stuff the Toffies. A fine set of results.

Mere minutes before Brendan "We Go Again" Rodgers got the sack, I was confident we'd do them. But now they'll have New Manager Syndrome and no doubt pound us harder than Brendan (allegedly) pounded that BoyGirl's man-made pussy.

While for many years I bore no ill will towards Everton, there's a lass at my workplace that I am currently trying to lure away from her incredibly dull, short, ugly, ginger boyfriend, and he supports them. So I will very happy if United maul them like Adele destroying a Greggs steak bake, just so I can imagine the pained look on his dull, short, ugly, ginger face.

P.S..... Aston Villa Nil.
