well, fortunately, its a completely new thing that i decided to do because why not? last year we did a OOTW of the Year for the first time. We had 2 rounds. In the first round, everyone who had won multiple times competed and the top 5 went on to the next round (though there was a tie so it actually was 6) and the winner of that week becomes the Queen. Mandy won last year. This year i thought we would have a "play in" or qualifying round where the 6 ladies who had won only once (including one Miss Sophia Winters) would compete to join the currently 9 multiple time winners in the first round. does that make sense? so far three people have said yes and no one has said no.



but we still have 1 more week before that and only 1 nom
