NOPE, the whole of his campaign came down to nationalizing everything he thinks he can and taxing everyone he can to "Spread the wealth around" HIS WORDS. THAT IS SOCIALISM.

As far as "bringing all the jobs back to the USA" do you REALLY think that placing MORE taxes on top of what is ALREADY the second highest in the WORLD is gonna promote THAT? You have got to be kidding me. Between that and killing the coal plants, there will be MANY thousands OUT of a JOB! These are the things HE SAID he WOULD do! Did ANY of you people actually LISTEN to what this guy said during his campaign.

It's gotta really be painful knowing Pennsylvania.. the coal state.. heard what he said and voted 55% with Obama.

Coal is fine and all.. except for the facts that millions of homeowners are going to lose their homes and wont really NEED to power their lights and TV set, anymore. .. and yeah, coal is dirty energy.

Jobs back to USA: Tax damping is required.

Less taxes on a larger group = More taxes on a smaller group.

Just lessen the specific taxes and bring jobs back to USA. More employed people with satisfactory after-tax wage can consume more and stop reccesion.

Those coal plants, government must collect taxes from them with the minimum tax rate possible. They are vital for society.

Anyway........I am not surprised.
And I really can't blame Obama for wanting Rahm Emanuel As his right hand man.
I mean,Rahm Emanuel is very tight with Pelosi and the other big Democrats.
He is known as being smart, aggressive..........and very Bipartisan
Obama has no experience at all in any form of leadership role and he needs Rahm Emanuel As a direct connection, a bridge, to Pelosi, Reid, ect.
Someone to give him advice, perhaps tell him what to do.


On the other hand, Obama has spoken time and time about a new, Bipartisan admiistration.
About how its time to end divisivness in government and begin to work together.

He did say he would like to "spread the wealth around" ,but his quotation was taken out of context & used as political rhetoric. He was only refering to progressive taxation were the more sucessful paid more taxes(which has been going on for over a century) & not 'socialism'. It is on tape when he was asked by Joe the Plumber what his tax plan would do to the business he wants to open. Obama said (paraphrasing here because I don't remember the exact quote) "I think sometimes it is good to spread the wealth around." I have seen and heard it myself as have many. It is not a Republican lie. The only lie here is the media lying and pretending it is unbiased yet refusing to cover the story as much as they should have.

Yes the government takes taxes but the issue is how much. I think most people don't care paying what is necessary. But what is the definition of "necessary"? I am not saying this is what is or is going to happen but if the government took 100% of everyone's paycheck would you still say "get over it"? I imagine most people would not. So essentially the issue is which specific percentage should we impose, not whether they should exist or not. So to say "Government takes taxes. Get over it." completely misses the point of the debate.
