It sounds like you're confusing legal immigration and ******* immigration. A strategic high-skilled immigration policy does not mean a zero-sum competition for jobs against U.S. citizens. To the contrary, high-skilled immigration can help create more jobs here for both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals. Our current immigration laws, however, don’t support this job creation goal. We face shortages of skilled workers in key sectors of our economy.
Legal immigration is fine. But aiding known, ******* citizens with entitlements breaks the law. This is a purely crazy mindset.

I think I understand, we need more Chuvalski's.
Most of my grandparents and great grandparents were chuvalski's too........only difference was that they learned there skills either in their home countries or when they arrived in the states on their own dime.
what they didnt do was expect the natives to pay for them in any way, including their education, especially in the middle of a major recession.........and they were all legal.
So we now have a shortage of Chuvalskis? I got an Idea. Stop hiring illegals for half the minimum wage, start paying Americans a livable wage, keep the government out of their pockets so much and cut out all the free entitlements to young able bodied people and we will be amazed just how many Chuvalskis , native born American Chuvalskis will pop up and fill that shortage.
Or maybe we give that grant money to American people first instead of illegals, at least to the ones who want it.
How much more incentive do these fucking democrats want to give poor mexicans to come into the border illegally?

The German government tries to get foreign high-skilled workers into the country, too. Yes, our companies have a shortage of high-skilled german workers.
The thing is: They do not want to pay fair wages for those workers like they used to years ago. And so getting people from eastern europe and other areas looks really a sweet deal. They work for a third less, and are happy about this, Whereas our own skilled workers can go and drive taxis ir something.
Oh, and the practice of hiring foreign workers saves a load of education money. Great, as if our schools aren't already in bad shape.

1.) Obama catches heat from his supporters for failing to put his full weight into a policy they support in attempting to effect it.
2.) Obama gets roundly criticized and blamed at the same time by GOPers for implementing said policy even though it never happened.
i.e.
GOPer: Obama's tax and spend liberalism has failed and ruined the economy.
Truth: Not a single, federal tax has gone up under Obama and the bulk of the excessive spending is due to hold over Bush policies.
Obama jelly kneed supporters: Obama didn't allow gays in the military day one. We're still in Afghanistan (even though he told you this before you voted for him) Why isn't Obama making policy we want by fiat?? (part of what he ran on was his predecessor going around the constitution and unconstitutionally implementing policy by fiat) Obama where are the jobs??

Billions for healthcare, billions for failed stimulus programs, 4 dollar a gallon gasoline, rising unemployment, largest decrease ever in new job start ups, 50 million on welfare, amnesty for illegals, free education for *******'s ********. (proposed) Also, my federal, state and local taxes did raise under Obama, while 47% of Americans still pay no taxes. If these policies do not raise taxes and spend funds irresponsibly, I don't know what does.
They pay no taxes because they're poor! They have no money to tax. Income taxes aren’t the only kind of federal taxes that people pay. There are also payroll taxes and investment taxes, among others. And, of course, people pay state and local taxes, too.
There is no question that the wealthy pay a higher overall tax rate than any other group. That is an American tradition. But there is also no question that their tax rates have fallen more than any other group’s over the last three decades. The only reason they are paying more taxes than in the past is that their pretax incomes have risen so rapidly-which hardly seems a great rationale for a further tax cut.
Many are poor by choice because under Obama, they get free food, housing assistance, heating assistance, free medical care at the E.R. Many get SSI through fraud. The illegals in my town also get free satellite dish, free taxi rides and free public education for their **** while many of their parents sell ***** and committ crimes as their pastime. Quite a culture Dems created!
So I worked my ass off paying for college, saved and invested every penny for years, worked thirty years in my job, paid off my house and cars and owe money to noone. So my reward is to pay more taxes for the scum above that I described?? Yes, 47% pay no taxes and 39% of that never intend to!
Right, that's where all your tax dollars are going, it all goes to illegals - never mind the wars and corporate handouts like Medicare Part D. :rofl2:
And where are the spending increases coming from?
