Yes I do still talk to her. She is my friend so...yes. I don't see her or talk to her as much as I would like to but that is true of all of my friends right now because of my insane schedule and workload as well as their own. Once I am moved back to California I will at least be in the same state again and we will hopefully see each other more then.

I honestly am one of the best cooks I know or have known my entire life.

I started learning to cook a few years ago and I really love it. It's a great feeling to make something yourself from the finest ingredients (organics, of course). Whenever I cook I just feel happy...it's a zen-u-lar, present moment kind of thing. Wholesome and healthy. Chopping wood, baking brownies...

For a while I was addicted to the cooking channel. I got a few good recipes from Giada DeLaurentis. I also bought a cookbook I like named "Great Food Fast" from the Martha Stewart empire.

When you make it yourself, not only is there that great sense of accomplishment but also the satisfaction of knowing exactly what went into it and the quality of ingredients.

I find the best thing about cooking is getting the feedback from the people you cook for. I love to cook (not keen on the clearing up, but that is all part of it), and invention is a big part of it. I don't stick to organics as such, but meat and chicken especially has to be free range. I refuse to buy cage eggs or birds, and you can tell the difference in the finished product.

So as someone who is on the road a lot and tries to eat healthy when on the road, can you offer any suggestions?

And so you are originally from VA. Any love for the old home? Do you get back at all?

And are you on multiple web cam sites or just one? If you are on multiple, which one would be the best to catch you on?

I honestly am one of the best cooks I know or have known my entire life. I think it's simply due to the fact that I was given a house key at 7 and basically rasied myself. LITERALLY. I used to watch cooking shows in FIRST GRADE! I cook breakfast lunch and dinner formyself at home almost everyday because i am very health consious and try to stay away from processed foods. I like organic and fresh ingredients but I also need food that tastes great. Now it's harder when I travel. I obviously am limited in my options when traveling so yes I do occasionally fall off the rails and eat bad food but for the most part 99% of everything I eat...I COOK.

Well I honestly take Xmas photos every year in a different outfit for my website but delete them after the holidays. Every year it's a new outfit and this years is more of a Holiday Rock theme. Certain things are kept sacred for my members but I will post a pic or two from that set in a few days. xoxo

Exactly!!!! Both of you totally get it. Usualy Thanksgiving is done at my house and friends from all over the country come and stay at my house and we have a few days where just cook and we have fun and it's just a really nice time. Didn't do it this year because of my move and what not but hopefully things will resume next year/ Cooking is very much a form of zen for me.

The first question is too broad. It depends on what a person options are. In other words traveling where? How are you traveling? Plane or car? Stay away from fast food is a completely obvious one. Stay away from processed foods. It's basic stuff.

VA- yes I am originally from VA. I grew up in Hampton but have no family anymore. I only had one living parent growing up anyhow and no siblings. That one parent is no longer in my life so the only reason to go back to Hampton is to vist the one or 2 friends I have that still live there and my fathers grave. My grandparents and favorite aunt live a couple of hours north of Hampton and I will see them this spring. That's really all of the family I have or am in touch with and honestly I have a few friends that are just as much family to me from back home as well as out west. Those friends that are like family from back home however are also not in Hampton. They moved away as well.

I am on multiple cam websites but I don't know if it's ok to mention them on freeones. I guess so. I am on streamate and myfreecams right now. My schedule is completely unpredictbale though so it's just kind of .."catch me when you can" kind of a thing. I of course also do shows for my website members. That's a given.

I only say this because I do not follow people unless they are good friends or my attorney or the news etc. I really try to keep the number of people I am following down so that I can keep up with ppl's tweets otherwise it's just impossible. Well if you come North of Hampton in the Spring, you should swing by Washington DC late march, early April for the blooming of the cherrry blossom (intentionally misspelled it because apparently Cherry Blossom is the name of some Asian adult model) trees at the Tidal Basin of the Jefferson Memorial. Personally, I think the best time to go is at night when all the crowds are gone. It's calm and peaceful and there is plenty of light to illuminate everything. And seeing all those Japanese Cherrry Blossom trees blossoming is a sight to see.

I've been there to see the cherry blossoms before when I lived in PA, and I can confirm that it DEFINITELY is a BEAUTIFUL sight to see (well not as BEAUTIFUL as you Nikki....but then again, what is?!?!?!)! And that is coming from a guy who loves football and hockey....had to cover my ass....ha ha ha!
