Re: Problem with rating the thread
Nikki and a few of you have PM'd me...please stop as I'm posting the explanation here. ;-)
The message that you have already rated a thread, but you never have, is a known bug in the vBulletin software. I have come across a patch for it and I am writing a bug ticket right now to have it fixed, HOWEVER, while you think this is the most important bug in the world to fix I can tell you it'll probably get the lowest priority.
Why? Because this year we're going to migrate the board over to v4 of the software. Most bugs and whatnot that were featured in v3 will have been solved so I highly doubt time and effort will be put into fixing this bug.
Then again, who knows...maybe it will get fixed because it's pretty simple. ;-) The way of the programmers are mysterious!
Yeah I just got your email. Totally understandable...just kind of a bummer. Oh well. Fingers crossed. Thank you for getting back to me.

Nikki Nova
The thread is now rated but only at four stars!?
I did not know I was opening up all of this when I asked for people to rate the thread.
Some even tagged Chicago style....early and often! Ha ha ha!apparently in the Nikki Nova thread things tend to snowball. i mean, look at all those tags

ONLY 10? Shame on you jitna for your lack of vision! See my post above...now that's a clear vision of reality if I do say so myself!!! Ha ha ha!yeah, if people were actually able to rate it. this thread would have 10 stars
Bottom line, five stars isn't even a high enough rating to begin with! All of the stars in the universe maybe! Five??? Not even close!
I'm sure there is some kind of short scientific notation that can be used to reflect all of the stars in the universe! Sounds like we've got our next homework assignment! Ha ha ha!well thats just being silly. theres no way we could fit that many stars on the page. and even if it could that would just take forever to load up. thats just impractical. now perhaps we could get some kind of graphic that instead of stars we rate it in galaxies. a galaxy being the equivalent of several million stars, we can figure out the conversion rate later.
Funny...I didn't detect any double entendres in there at all! I guess you might have a fertile imagination after all! Ha ha ha!"message you" privately, eh? you'll give me a "hint" (wink, wink)? We can "make a lil game of it"? heh, heh, heh
Oh yeah??? Well, Fugazi You too!!! Just kidding! Ha ha ha! I know it's the name of a band!Fugazi
Yeah, I figured that wouldn't be allowed either...so I didn't even bother trying. So many rules...it's a porn site damn it!!! Ha ha ha!or, you know, no hotlinking from a major online business
Do you know where we can read the text in full...or find a more legible/better blown up image? I was trying to read it, but the text is too small. Here supposedly is a divorce letter. Not sure if it's true or not but quite funny
Though I agree that Nikki is indeed "hawt," word to the wise...Nikki is a WOMAN & a LADY...NOT a "girl"! I know you didn't mean anything by it...but, most WOMEN prefer to be called just that...WOMEN! Ha ha ha!
Good to know! I guess my "elevator" isn't "stuck between floors" as badly as I might have initially feared! Ha ha ha!
Now, for the real reason I came on here right now! I was going to share this with who??? in private...But, I figured, what the Hell...might as well share it with Nikki and everyone else too!
So, without further ado...here is the Wikipedia link for the small town in Pennsylvania in which I grew up! (only thing that changed is now there is a black family or two in town...when I was growing up...the nearest black family was about 20 miles away):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blain,_Pennsylvania
Funny thing though...It's called Blain, Pennsylvania (Perry County)...BUT, it's named for James G. BLAINE!!! (was from the Pittsburgh area...but served in the U.S. Senate from Maine) Ha ha ha!
I'm also attaching an aerial view!
See.....what did I tell you! Ha ha ha!
Hi mate! It was my pleasure to share & I am glad you enjoyed seeing the pics! Also, it's always okay to ask me questions! The answers are: 1. I was 18 when I shifted away from that little town and 2. It is definitely still farm country! Not as many people work in farming as there were in the past, but there are still plenty of farms and farming going on!Hey jbs.....thanks for the aerial view of the town you grew up in.
Hope it's alright to ask questions.......
How old were you when you shifted away?
and am l right in thinking it's in a farming area??
Thanks for posting jbs...it's interesting to see other parts of the world.
Most enjoyable!!!
Glad you enjoyed the jokes! Regarding the rating of Nikki's thread...there is apparently a bug that needs to be fixed (see related post in this thread from Petra...a few pages back) and we don't know exactly when it will be fixed (but it will) as they are shifting to new software here on FreeOnes. Long story short, it says that people who didn't rate it already did, and now it shows that two people rated it and it works out to a 4 star rating. Thus, there is really no validity to that rating.Excellent jokes Mokbel and JBS.......thanks for the laughs!!
l noticed the rating star thingy showing 4 stars....perhaps thats as far as it goes
Anyway......Wishing Nikki an awesome weekend.
and an awesome weekend to each and every one of you out there in nikki land.
take care!!
