Well it's still not accurate anyhow. It's told how many of us we couldn't rate it because we already had and yet none of us did?....and when you look at it it says this thread has had 2 ratings equalling a rating of 4 stars...soooo...???? Who were those two people that someohow magically could vote? It's obviously a system glitch based on what Petra has already explained and all I can do is throw my hands up in the air at this point.

It would appear that the bug might have been partially fixed. Who really knows? Still says I rated it! Long story short...we brought it to Petra's attention and we can rest assured that it will be fixed "some day". I'm not holding my breath or anything, given that FreeOnes is in the process of upgrading their software. But, I'm sure it will be corrected in our lifetimes! In other words: it will get fixed when it gets fixed! Ha ha ha!
Furthermore, anyone who knows Nikki, doesn't need a rating system to know what Nikki is! Furthermore, as nice as a rating is, if I know you Nikki, I seriously doubt that you live for that type of validation in the 1st place. WE all know what kind of a person you are and how AWESOME your thread is! Furthermore, In my book, Nikki is one of the most incredible women/people I have ever met (online, or in real life)! Bottom line, five stars isn't even a high enough rating to begin with! All of the stars in the universe maybe! Five??? Not even close!

well thats just being silly. theres no way we could fit that many stars on the page. and even if it could that would just take forever to load up. thats just impractical. now perhaps we could get some kind of graphic that instead of stars we rate it in galaxies. a galaxy being the equivalent of several million stars, we can figure out the conversion rate later.

I'm sure there is some kind of short scientific notation that can be used to reflect all of the stars in the universe! Sounds like we've got our next homework assignment! Ha ha ha!

hrmm... well, it's not midnight in Denver, yet!
so here's my offering for the week...
a down on their luck family from the sticks hoppped a train to Arizona to 'visit' relatives. though concerned their guests might remain forever, the family was apalled at how little the new arrivals had. No car, no savings, no home, and the clothes on their backs were about to fall apart.
They insisted on taking the crickers to the nearby mall in order to find them some new clothes. Inside the sprawling complext, the husband and his son are so amazed at the passing crowds, the mismatched clothes, the impossible hair colors, they repeatedly lag behind the others. The moving pictures above the tables at the sports bar were mesmerizing.
Inside the nearest department store, a crowd had gathered to watch a spring fashion show. Horrified by the pounding music, the father waved to his wife and the others, then dragged his son away down the nearby stairwell, to become lost in a huge hardware department. When he realized it had been some time, he began to look for the stairs.
Instead, he came to a polished steel wall beside which a button was set into the wall. Puzzled, he stopped.
"Pa?" his son whispered, "What's that?"
"I ain't never seen nothin' like that," the man answered. They watched an older woman hopelessly trying to 'stay trendy', dressed in the day's 'fashion pick' from the show roll up on a Lil Rascal. The woman pushed the button. The doors opened. She rolled aboard, and above the steeel doors, the father and son watched a glass tube containing the woman rise out of sight. There was a bell, and a moment later the process was repeated... Nikki Nova sauntered off, dressed in the same 'fashion pick' that she had been modeling moments before, smiling politely at the almost zealous glaze in the father's eyes. As she passed out of site on her way to enjoy the weekend after the end of the day's modeling, the father grabbed his son in an almost painful grip, his gaze locked once again on the steel doors before them.
"Boy," he licks his dry lips, thanking his maker for agreeing to come out of the back hills, "Go gitcha momma!"

Hi mate! It was my pleasure to share & I am glad you enjoyed seeing the pics! Also, it's always okay to ask me questions! The answers are: 1. I was 18 when I shifted away from that little town and 2. It is definitely still farm country! Not as many people work in farming as there were in the past, but there are still plenty of farms and farming going on!Hey jbs.....thanks for the aerial view of the town you grew up in.

Glad you enjoyed the jokes! Regarding the rating of Nikki's thread...there is apparently a bug that needs to be fixed (see related post in this thread from Petra...a few pages back) and we don't know exactly when it will be fixed (but it will) as they are shifting to new software here on FreeOnes. Long story short, it says that people who didn't rate it already did, and now it shows that two people rated it and it works out to a 4 star rating.
