Don't know if there is a big enough cry towel to give you. It could be argued that the refs gave game 7 to Tampa when they won the cup against Calgary.
i'm not debating bad calls happen, i'm stating that Tampa has received more than their fair share this season (chalk it up to bad luck? :dunno:.)

and there's no point arguing with me about it, i've watched every game and i've seen the bullshit calls.

Columbus tops Detroit, but Vancouver falls to Dallas.

Shit, can't win them all, I suppose.

I would have love to see Ville Leino playing a full season. He might have been a real competitor for a Calder Memorial Trophy.

Yeah both a blessing and curse to be a younger player in the Wings system. He does seem to fit right in. With Holmstrom gone for few weeks and Franzenstein hurt Leino/Helm should both get a bunch more games in.

Don't whine. I've watched enough Laff and frog games this year and seen enough missed calls, not to mention BS calls. The teams are not my favs but since I live where I live, I'm stuck watching them.

bull. a puck goes off a ref (who never even tried to get out of the way), to an opposing player and they score and that's nothing to bitch about? it's a momentum killer when shit like that happens.

TB fans have had reason enough to complain about officiating lately. you can't say we haven't if you haven't seen the games.

If your team can't overcome a "momentum killer" then they don't deserve to win. Teams that allow the referees to "kill their momentum" lack focus and drive. True winners don't even let that kind of thing faze them one bit. Anyone who played sports at a competitive level and had success knows this. Winners find a way to win, no matter what the officiating is like.

Besides, are you trying to say the ref knocked the puck in on purpose and that the NHL referees have it in for you or something and that's why your team is a bottom-dweller this season? Give me a break. It was a freak play, they happen.

Anyway, you've been on the very lucky side of some bad officiating in the past:

Replays and photographs I saw in the newspaper clearly showed that Jarome Iginla's disallowed goal in overtime of Game 6 against your Tampa Bay Lightning did in fact cross the goal line, and yet the call was that it didn't and the Lightning went on to win that game and then Game 7 and the Stanley Cup as well. If it weren't for bad officiating your team would never have won a Stanley Cup.

Sorry but you should get your facts straight : First of all it wasn't in overtime it was in the middle of the third period and it was Martin Gelinas not Iginla and the puck apeared to cross the line but it was clearly kicked with the skate intentionally.

Washington raped Tampa tonight. Ouch.

didn't figure we'd win this one. for that matter, i believe we are gonna lose to Chicago, New Jersey, Carolina and Boston as well.

We are getting at least Hedman :D Gotta look at the good things coming to tampa :D . I gotta say this though if they trade lecavalier or ST.louis at or before the trade deadline , you will know me right then and there as a proud Chicago Blackawks fan !

Watch this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-I1q4Da-Kg

20,000 Buffalo Sabres fans completely quite for respect of the plane crash. Amazing.

Aside from the little girl yelling in the beginning, there was no sound at all in that arena. That's amazing, usually there is the drunk guy who yells something. The people in Buffalo are very respectful (Though I must say I'm kind of amazed the building was as full as it was, one would think people wouldn't want to watch hockey after something like that)

You're right, it was Gelinas and it was the third period. To say that it was "clearly kicked intentionally" is completely delusional. If you're saying that goal obviously shouldn't have counted then you have nothing to complain about with the "horrendous" calls you've been getting lately. It's pretty hypocritical.

Intentionally kicked?:

LOL, you must be kidding me. Watch some more hockey so you can see some more "intentional kicking motion" calls and actually learn what they really are because that's not it.

Not a very good video to prove me wrong. The picture is awful and it was made by a Flames fan. You know what , maybe it was kicked maybe it wasn't , in the end all we see on that video is inconclusive and the rules of the NHL say that if there is no reasonable evidence to change a ref call on a goal then the call stays the same. And another thing that makes my laugh about that play is that even if it had been allowed , what makes Flames fan think that tampa wouldn't have tied the game or even taken the lead , there was over 7 minutes left in the third period at that point.

Well... No offence or nothing (I'm trying not to take sides), but how do you know they would have tied it? Kipp was something else back then, it would be very possible Calgary could have scored again...

Anyway, Montreal and Vancouver tonight. Should be great game, hope the Canucks win and take over a playoff spot. I'm not going to be able to see the game cause I'm going to Friday the 13th tonight, but I'm sure going to be checking the score on my phone.
