Fucking finally. We might have a series here. :hatsoff:
yea pens played good I'm just worried that Detroit might take it when they go back home.
I think they are behind schedule. Last year I think the final game landed on may 24th or something like that
The wings win with depth. Pens have a few superstars like that little weiner crosby, but the wings third and fourth line can skate with any first or second line in the NHL.

I fully expected the PENS to win game 3, if they didn't they didn't belong in the finals, I think both teams played good. until that empty net goal, the game was still up for grabs. My :hatsoff: to pittsburgh, if Detroit can steal the next game the PENS are in real trouble, I hope Datsyuk can play in game 4 on thursday that would be an element the PENS still haven't had to deal with. 
I fully expected the Pens to pick up one win at home. I see the Wings winning thursday and hoisting the Cup at the Joe.

Best of three! Malkin was everywhere tonight. I thought the Pens were in trouble in the 2nd after they had to kill back to back penalties and ended up scoring short-handed. Exciting game, bring it on Penguins.
Funny, check out the score from game 3 and game 4. Pens outplayed the wings the whole game. See ya Sat.
Everyone is talking so much shit about the Pens. They are a good team in times of pressure. Yeah they lost last year, but that was last year. They have been awesome on the penalty kill, which will be extremely important in this series.

:wave2: just so my fans and detractors don't call me out. I will say the Penguins are a little better / resilient than I gave them credit for being, I hate to say it, but I fully expected the Penguins would win game 4 and tie the series, I was hoping the Redwings would overcome missing Datsyuk in game 4 but it didn't happen.
I am not backing down from my saying the Redwings are still gonna win the Stanley Cup, if the Penguins win game 5 on Saturday, I will start to look wrong, but until we have one team with 4 wins, its not over, However, If the penguins do win it all, I will admit that I was wrong and the penguins are the better team, but that hasn't happened yet, so either way, its the best 2 out of 3 with 2 of them in Detroit.
Congrats to the pens they played great tonight, and the Redwing played alright except for that terrible stretch in the 2nd, shorties can kill you @ the worst fuckin time. :eek: :hatsoff:

I want the Pens to win. Still think D-town in 6 though.
The Pens have surprised me by how good they have looked at home. But they do have to win a game in Hockeytown to claim the Cup. I'll go with my original pick. Wings in 6.
I do think that detroit got away with an awful lot last night. couple of things got passed by that i think should have been called.
the big thing, i think detroit looks tired. they have so much talent, but they just looked tired last night - i think pitt is simply in better shape. i don't know if it is conditioning training or age or what.
i'm betting pitt wins this now. i think energy is going to be the key - when they're tired they don't get as many shots on goal. when they don't get as many shots on goal, they don't win.

I totally think your blowing this tired thing WAY out of proportion, that and you think the Redwings got away with allot of stuff last night? I don't mean too be and A$$ or come off as sarcastic, but what game were you watching?
the 1st goal malkin scored, Staal was SO OFFSIDES it wasn't even funny, yet they failed to call it, and how about in game 3, the 30 seconds of playing time the penguins had 6 skaters + their goalie on the ice and the Penguins got away with it? NO PENALTY? ARE YOU FUCKIN SERIOUS? in the stanely cup finals? Terrible officiating to say the least, and what about that
interference call on Jonathan Ericsson in the 3rd period of game 3 which gave the penguins the PP which they eventually scored on? :eek: :dunno: If you ask me, Detroits been FUCKED with NO vasseline 3 times, 2 of which resulted in penguins goals.
:cussing: the refs either need to let EVERYTHING go and be fair to both teams, or their should be a video replay for ANY questionable calls which could be made by the SUPERVISING OFFICIAL (THE REFEREES SUPERVISOR) in the (War-room / official scorers room) inside the rink. That would take all the calls out of the hands of the crooked fuckin referee's and let the exact, and more importantly the CORRECT calls / rulings would be made instantly. :2 cents:- Status
