Oh, I don't root for the Wings. Like 99% of everyone else on this board, I am tired of them. All the original six, besides the Hawks and to some extend the Bruins, I'm sort of tired of.

I'm still wondering when that "racist" team name - the Blackhawks - will be removed. They just did it at UND. Man that's gotta piss the natives off something fierce.
Meh. It's an obscure enough term that I don't think it will ever change. It isn't as obvious as somehting like "red Skins"

Well the Coyotes blew it. Maybe the fact Doan couldn't play took the wind out of their sales, but only Bryz came to play tonight, and even he looks like he's given up. What a great way to end your season. Fuck's sake.

More than anything I see the "primitive" picture of the face on their jerseys as probably the most obvious (at least closest) issue to insight problems.
Their defense was fucking awful tonight. I think they gave up at least 10 breakaways.
Come to think of it, their fucking offense was fucking terrible too. Datsyuk basically scored their only goal of the game off a faceoff.

Detroit didn't win this game. Phoenix lost it for themselves. One player on the Coyotes seemed to remember that they had a game to play, and by the third Bryz gave up, too. I expect a performance like that out of some shit team like the Oilers or Islanders, not the team that placed fourth in the West.
