Pucker Up Butter Cup.
Packers in sole place of first! :nanner:

And 30 points from Ahmad Bradshaw in my money league, pretty good day!

If the Ravens can hold on and win today their schedule sets up real nice to have a shot at home field throughout the playoffs.

BTW huge props to Diva's Niners, I am convinced they are for real, Packers/Niners NFC Title game? I can dream right?

My thought of the San Francisco/Detroit game. Both teams seemed to go out of their ways to try and lose this game for themselves.

Stafford looked like crap today. It was probably his poorest game this year. Remember earlier in this thread where I said he makes about two or three "what the hell" type plays a game. I think there were about a dozen in this game. Add to that the half the time it looked like he was flailing blindly added to that and it wasn't pretty.

Detroit still needs to shore up it's offensive line, which is getting old. The offensive line is in the territory of just being good enough to be somewhat adequate now and it's only going to get worse. Those continual one and two yard runs by Best the line generates aren't cutting it either, and that was one of the things that made them lose today besides Stafford not being sharp at all. Hoping Best is going to break it open on every run isn't a good strategy when the team is constantly getting stuffed. Detroit's linebackers and it secondary still need work. The Detroit defense looked alight except for two or three runs.

I've got no problems with Harbaugh's post-game handshake. He didn't mean anything disrespectful at all. He was genuinely stoked that his team went into Detroit and knocked off the Lions.

However, isn't the post-game coaches' handshake kind of a sham anyway? It looks so forced, phony and insincere. Professional coaches are paid to win. Each loss is a step close to the unemployment line for them. Each win is one step closer to another season in charge. We know that. They know that.

The players show genuine congratulatory affection after the game, but the coaches should congratulate each other in press conferences.

The same thing sadly needs to happen in College football too because big time college coaches appear to be the same insincere me first egomaniacs that pro coaches are....

Starting to look like that indeed. I think the Giants are better than I originally thought they would be but their remaining schedule is so off the charts difficult I don't even think they'll make the playoffs.

Fuck the Lions! Fuck Schwartz and fuck everybody kissing his ass! Harbaugh was out of line? Please. Harbaugh enthusiastically shakes Schwartz's hand and it's out of line, but Schwartz can let his team run their mouths all week, Schwartz himself can run his mouth, pump his fist like a douche on the sideline all game and taunt other players/coaches?? (After San Fran was penalized for trying to challange an unchallengable call, Schwartz was yelling shit like "learn the rules". It's all on video) All in the name of their new found passion? Gimme a break. Schwartz was mad Harbaugh was celebrating a win in his own house, despite the refs trying to give the game to Detroit, Alex Smith playing awful and our makeshift WR's dropping balls like 3rd period french. Harbaugh exposed the Crions, hard. Don't be surprised to see them struggle from here on out.

That said, Lions fans are fucking despicable. When they were up 19-15, so many fans were throwing popcorn at anybody in a red jersey. 2 guys finally had enough and started getting into a shouting match with some people throwing stuff and THEY end up getting kicked out. As they were being escorted out, the fans continued to throw popcorn and plastic bottles at them. Don't these fans remember the Lions were the joke of the league for the past 50 years? You'd think they'd have some humility. Nope.

AND THEN...

As soon as San Fran took the lead, there was still over a minute left and Detroit had all their timeouts, but fans started flocking to the exits like a bunch of cunts. When asked why they were leaving when the game wasn't over, (at this point they only needed 3 points to tie) they said, "gotta beat the traffic". Fuck you. Who do these people think they are? I knew Detroit was a huge fairweather town, but tonight was sad.

I think I'm done. Go 9ers!!!

Oh...Ponder is actually looking decent right now!!

Jim Harbough loves to stir the pot whenever he can, so hes kinda suspect in that exchange. What exactly happend in the exchange tho we dont really know, ill reserve judgement until i know that.

Jason Campbell out for the year. Son of a bitch. Just when things are on the upswing for the Raiders. Hopefully Palmer or Garrard are on deck.

There's only 3 games that worry me: Pittsburgh in their stadium, this could our toughest game. 49ers on thanksgiving, they're good but we can shut down gore. San Diego, there's really only one way to beat us, pass the ball, and rivers can do that.
