Moss back to Vikes?

Favre's fantasy value just went up. You have to double Moss or at least focus on him. That will open up Rice, Harvin and Shiancoe. Oh yeah, I hear their running back isn't bad either.

Meanwhile, Kyle Orton is having a pro bowl year and leads the league in passing yards.
And where did Orton go to school? Yep, same place as that Drew Brees guy.

Boiler Up!

If this happens then the Vikings will be scary good. Moss should be happy at least for awhile as Favre doesn't care about INTs so if he had his way he'd be throwing long bombs to Moss all day long.

I still think Cutler is a little better than Orton. It's probably not enough to be worth what they gave up for him though. I also think Orton stats so far look a little better than he really is, but I would still put Orton in the top ten QBs. I think more than anything else the performance between Orton and Cutler shows just how much surrounding talent and scheme has on the performance of the quarterback.

Forget that. He's coming to Oakland to save us. Davis needs to get over his own massive ego and do this because these puppet coaches of his suck.

There's no way that would happen. Cuz if it ever was, it would have happened the year after he was fired by TB. I have a wishlist......

1 - Brian Schottenheimer (Go Gators!)
2 - Jim Harbaugh
3 - Ron Rivera
4 - Rob Ryan (brought respectability back to our defense, shoulda been hired on multiple occasions and was overlooked)
5 - Mike Nolan (before y'all point out his record, look at how SF is doing now without him)

Moss to Vikings

The New England Patriots completed a trade that sent Pro Bowl WR Randy Moss to the Minnesota Vikings on Wednesday morning, ESPN, the NFL Network and Boston Herald reported.

The Vikings sent a third-round pick to the Patriots in return for Moss, who becomes a key weapon for Minnesota QB Brett Favre.

Moss returns to the team where he spent the first seven years of his career. Moss caught 574 passes for 9,142 yards and 90 TDs from 1998-2004 in Minnesota.

So the Cardinals are benching Derek Anderson. And starting an undrafted rookie at QB. Meanwhile Matt Leinart is still sitting on Houston's bench.

Dumbasses.

Arizona and Leinart needed to part ways once Derek won the job. not getting a veteran qb for when Anderson was going to lose the job dumb. Fantasy players with Larry Fitzgearld are very unhappy now

Break up the Lions!!

Colts win but win ugly. No TD passes for #18, but it was great to see the defense show up to play for once. Couple this win with the Texans loss and Indy is right back in the driver's seat.

Wow, the Lions won. It's kind of a different experience watching it even if they looked had talent throughout the season, it was against the Rams, and were better than their record indicated.

Ugly win for my Bears. It was mostly due to Collins throwing four interceptions but the Bears were able to run the ball at will against the Panthers and the defense was solid as usual. When Cutler comes back next week against the Seahawks the Bears will be just fine.

This season might take awhile to sort out. In the mean time I hope it continues on as it has, particularly the AFC West. Good to see some good football out of that conference again. :)
