Apparently Red Bull Racing have announced that they will be using a Ferrari engine from next year. Could be a good move for them.

I'm going to the race at Indy in June.I've seen a few local stock car races but nothing of this caliber.Should be fun.

Wow 6th place for Jacques ! That's amazing... i can't wait to see the race, i could'nt see it this morning, but thank god for those reruns !!

yeah...he did well today.

Very close finish at the end with Alonso & Schumacher.

I think Raikkonen would have won this race if he didnt have the bad luck of retiring early on.

Was a great race. What a drive from Michael & Alonso.Jenson button did a good job too.If Mclaren can sort out their reliability problem we could have a great season.

Wow...lol...Alonso is doing amazing this year...i thought he would be the f1 champ but i was guessing for that to happen not for another 3-4 years.

Hi guys, What’s your take on the F1 this past weekend, I am glad that Ferrari did what they did but its bad for the sport. Bridgestone had problems with tyres right from the start of this season and did not complain or ask to change the rules, so who gives Michelin the right to do what they did. I say again it is bad for the sport, A dark day in F1 and I feel for the people that went to the race and had to fork out a shit load of money and got what they got. Michelin should get a hell of a fine or a race ban. Just my 2 cents. :spump:

I was there and it sucked, the Scudarias wer'nt even racing. It was 73 laps of Jordan vs Minardi. And the turn that f*cked up the Michelins is part of the old Indy track, it's been there since 1909. And Michelin has been supplying tyres to Indy teams for that long. Michelin KNEW that turn was there. It's all just politics, 2 tyre compinies being lil girls. What's sad id they did it in America beacause if they did this shit in Europe or South America or Asia, ther're would have been riots. It's pretty much like FIA, Formula 1, Michelin, Bridgestone, and Bernie, came out and said FUCK YOU AMERICA.

I will never watch F1 agian, even though it WAS my fav sport, and those guys are my idols, and I love the technolgy of the cars. RIP F1:angels:

Good for you x4g63x. Anyone with an engine model as a nickname has to be into this techno-driven form of racing and I am sorry you have to let it go. But I don't blame you. Ever since Earnhardt died and NASCAR embarked on its 4 year downslide in both credibility and entertainment value, I too had to let go of my favorite sport.

But MOTO GP came to the rescue. There is no better form of racing on the planet and I have NASCAR to thank for bringing it to my attention. Thank you, NASCAR, for sucking, otherwise I would never have changed the channel but I did and I haven't turned it back since. Hopefully you will have the same luck those amazingly pompous bastards at F-1.

It was a sad race.I dont blame Ferrari totally for not agreeing to the chicane.I thought it was extremely unproffessional of Michelin to come unprepared.Agree with TWATMAN that bridgestone too had problems earlier but they never complained.

Really feel sorry for the people who paid money to go & watch the race & had to see just 6 cars racing.having said that it was extremely stupid for the people to actually throw stuff on to the track.

This year we'll see a great championship!!!
I think the same, the fight between Alonso and Schumi will be very disputed and we will certainly see some nasty blows between them during the season :D

can't wait, as long as mclaren reliable, alonso will lose crown. kimi so much better. who will leave mclaren at end of the season?

Yes but we have seen yet for the 100th time that you don't win races in one day. You have to be quick and reliable throughout the weekend.

I was very surprised with McLaren's pace by the way. Wasn't expecting this much.
