The movie was great. My only thing was that all of the scenes after Bruce comes back to Gotham and was in a suit, all I could think of was Patrick Bateman(I've probably seen American Psycho 30 times, and the book is 100x better than the movie).

This movie has restored my faith in DC movies. Hopefully Superman and Wonder Woman will be this good. The tide is starting to turn from Marvel.
I wouldn't say the tide is starting to turn from Marvel, its just that DC finally has a movie about one of its heros that didn't suck. First time in awhile. The Marvel movies(really just X-Men, X2, Spiderman, and Spiderman 2) have all been really good. We'll see how the Fantastic 4 is. Of course the Punisher and the Hulk were awful. And Daredevil should have never been played by a fag like Bennifer. That may have been the worst super hero movie ever.
Honestly I like all the Marvel movies except Man-Thing and Blade Trinity. Granted not all of them are spectacular entertainment but I thought they were pretty good. As for Daredevil you should watch the rated R version that was released. It's better than the theatrical release. I thought the Punisher and Hulk were really good. However what I mean by the tide is turning is that with a great Batman movie out now, Bryan Singer directing Superman, and Joss Whedon directing Wonder Woman I think DC has what it takes now to balance the scales. Hopefully Fantastic 4 is awesome and Brett Ratner doesn't screw up X-Men 3.
Oh, I didn't realize Singer went to Superman. If he can do for that what he did for X-Men it'll be really good. I just hope it isn't even 1% like Smallville, I can't stand that show. Its just Dawson's Creek with super powers.
I thought the same thing about Smallville when I saw the first episode. So based on that episode I didn't watch the first season. After seeing Christopher Reeve in season two I got hooked on the show. I bought the season one dvd set and realized that I really was missing out on a good show. Now it's one of my favorite tv shows and I can't wait for season five.

I have to disagree about Batman always being hot. Val Kilmer and George Clooney killed the series, thats why they had to scrap that entire product and start it from scratch with Bale. And Captain America? Was there even a movie? It would be cool if there was an Avengers movie, endless amounst of possible heros and villans.
