The point is not, that it ios not available now. The issue is that it got voted on blindly, and that it is a killer for the poorest and or with pre-existing conditions.

I'll take a little backtrack. I do not know positively when the original Obamacare bill was put into ink for all legislators to digest and vote. I do know the the present bill did have time to read. The left admitted that Obamacare needed adjustments but did they make any effort to make those tweaks? If they did then it certainly didn't reflect in the subsequent Capitol Hill elections. The people simply didn't want it as cast in stone. The first try was a lockstep on the left and a debate among at least some on the right. On this second go round it is still a subject of debate and adjustments to be made ONLY from members of the right.
