WHEN SOMEONE LEAVES THEIR CAPS LOCK ON AND TYPES WITH NOTHING BUT ALL CAPS?

when someone types a big paragraph and refuses to hit the shift key or use any sort of punctuation to let you know that their sentence is finished personally i find it really hard to read posts like this and it gives me a headache its even funnier when people dont capitalize words like america or mcdonalds seriously its so hard to read **** like this and i cant stand it
