The only thing about the contest is that didn't seem to jive right was Best OCSM. Mandatory post count sounds alright, but not perfect. I think something like having posted at least once a month or have posted in all four fiscal quarters of the past year, something like that. Also, simply posting in their own thread in the babes section or whatever shouldn't count, as this could have been done by a promotor/manager/etc. or whatnot you get the point. My personal favorite OCSM's actively play with us and therefore I know who they are. Well, my stupid little :2 cents:.
