Mass Effect 3

I am enjoying it quite a bit so far (I have just returned to Earth). Got some hot girl on girl action. Have only blown myself up with a grenade six times so far - pretty impressive for me.
The cut scenes are sometimes annoying, but it is part of the persona of the game and a part I find myself getting used to each time, and find it adds to the story line quite well. Embarrassed I did not know Tricia Helfer was voicing EDI, which makes me want to bang her even more.

I'm enjoying it too. Even tho I read a bit about the ending, I think in time it might be fixed/changed with a dlc and/or update, so I just hope...

Anyway what I also love is the multiplayer ... playing with a friend forming a team of 2 is quite a challenge. We slowly get the hang of it how to survive an overwhelming number of enemies.

OK, I finished the game...the ending (at least I thought) was not totally that bad. I think it does kind of depend on some of your choices, but I am not certain that the choices you have made through the game made any difference.
I took a couple of different paths at the end, just to see how different they were - actually, they did not seem to make any difference, so I did not bother making the third. However, I will say that even though it seems everything is all done and finished with, there still seems to be quite a bit of room for not only an expansion, but a Mass Effect 4.

I just started Mass Effect 2 last night.. So far I'm really enjoying it.. We'll see how I feel after a few more days of it though..

Mass Effect was an amazing game - I can't fault it in anyway. It improved on everything and gave the most important element lacking in the 3rd i.e a decent ending.

I'm sorry if it becomes a tired beaten horse but the proof is in the pudding. The fans spoke out, spoke honestly and passionately about the turkey we were given and the makers response is basically a "Fuck You".

I won't say I plan to boycott EA or Bioware, I'm not that immature - But they did not deliver the product they promised. They had the chance to fix it, they have chosen to take the easy way out and shit people up with a hand out.

If you played the previous Mass Effect games and you play Mass Effect 3 and finish it then you will see why people have an issue with the ending.

After still continuing to avoid this thread like the plague, I have finally completed my Paragon playthough which began all the way back in ME1. Loved the game, love the overall story, not too crazy about the endings. I chose the middle one because it was the only one that seemed plausible with what my Paragon Shep would do but there should have been major differences between the endings. Also the ending(s) have too many plot holes, not enough closure.

Ah, well. At a later date I'll start a Renegade FemShep in ME1 and take her all the way through ME3. Maybe now I can finally start Skyrim.

Died? This isn't a lot but its a small chance for them to correct the huge error they made when writing the endings. Plus it looks like it will be free which is a plus.

I still haven't played ME 3 yet. I'm currently replaying 1 and 2 to keep Ashley alive (I killed her off in the first one because she seemed like a real bitch) for an import save for ME 3. From what little I've seen she turns into a real babe.

I'm hearing a lot about the ending, but I'll wait and see for myself.

The only problem is going to be the long hours and late nights playing it.

I'm currently on my second playthrough of ME3 with my female Renegade Shepard. I can't tell you how frustrating the whole face importing bug is. I had to redo her face from a photo and it just isn't the same, no matter how close it is.

Other than that, the game is still great. But that's because I'm not at the ending yet.

Finally got the game cheap as I wanted so starting my first playthrough. Cant wait for the ending to see what the hubbub was all about.

I'm gonna have to check this out, hope it makes everybody happy. Although I wasn't necessarily happy with the endings that Bioware had, I wasn't gonna crucify them for it. They made a kick ass trilogy.
