while it is true McGwire didn't break any baseball rules, he broke the law. I don't think baseball needs to have a rule that says you can't arrange to have your pregnant ex-girlfriend killed. Heck, even the NFL doesn't have that rule

He is a cheater but not a fraud. He was a great player and a legit homerun hitter. Roids and HGH simply helped him do it better and more often. His record breaking homer in 1998 was a simple little golf shot halfswing that barely cleared the wall, but it was a homer nonetheless. His performance on ESPN in an interview with Bob Ley is laughable.

There's a response video by Jose Canseco about McGwire coming clean. It is an epic PWN.
