Mariah Milano - The Pornstar Foodie :)

To answer what's my ideal food is a tough one. It all depends on where you are & what the climate is etc. I'm always one to try the local food/speciality when travelling. Too many people (especially my fellow Brits) stick to what they would eat at home when travelling abroad. It's such a shame and quite naive in my opinion. So if I was at home the British passion for Indian food would get the better of me so I'll have a Chicken Madras with Naan bread (no rice) thank you very much :). I'm in London for a few days next week so a trip to Brick Lane will be on the cards!

Chili dogs. I will eat them breakfast, lunch and dinner. If I get tired of them lose the hot dogs and just good old chili.

I had my one and only US chili dog last year when I visited Washington DC. I went to Ben's Chili Bowl on U-street. It was good & filled the gap etc. Staff there were really good and a great vibe to the place.

I have a few packs of Hebrews. First time I ever had them. Not too shabby. Though I will always be for the Ballpark Frank's.

Yeah chopper glad you enjoyed!

There are so many different ways to make chili and so many different kinds of doggies you can include for chili dog. I like the cheddar and jalapeno stuffed metts with my mushroom heavy plain chili. :yummie:

I like Hebrews on their own with or without bun. If you live east of the Mississippi then you can get Sabrett anywhere. Those are the dirty water hot dogs on every cart with an umbrella in Manhattan. Both local essentials and tourist fare. $2 for a dog with Sabrett onions. You want to meet ***********? Go find an umbrella.

Word. Last time I was in NY, I wanted a dog on the street off a cart and all I could find was there hybrid middle eastern cards that also had dogs. According to her, that's the new thing. I should have just gone. I like middle easter food, but I guess I just wanted that pure, traditional steel cart experience.

I hope it didn't discourage you from coming back to the states. Out of my top 20 places in America I don't think New York is even on the list. There I was sitting on my hotel balcony sipping on a Long Island Iced Tea overlooking the cities green hazy smog thinking "This is the first place people see when they come to America? How embarrassing". So I heard at knock at the door and went to get my ***** I had ordered. It wasn't room service, it was a roach :( Unfortunately I have to go there more than I'd like but at least it's never for very long. The past few time the best part about New York was leaving. :(

Last night I got a slab of St Louis -style ribs at whole foods. cut it up and put the ribs in the crock pot at midnight dry, with nothing more than a little rub I make with pepper, sea salt, cayenne, cumin and coffee. I woke up to the smell of heaven. Opened the crock pot and the fat from the pork had turned into about an inch of juice. Went to pull one out to try it and all the meat fell off the bone into the juice. They are fucking delicious. Simple and tasty and gonna be awesome wrapped in foil a few miles offshore today.

Here's a sneak peek at another new video this time from Reims, France - the ********* capital of the world. Actually, if it isn't from here it isn't really *********, rather just sparkling ****. ********* can only come from the ********* region.

Putting the finishing touches on my video from Copenhagen that has some of the best food porn I've seen in it. The street food scene in Copenhagen is incredible. Pulled duck sandwiches. Porridge with hazelnuts and chunks of chicken. Lamb shawarma and a lot of other incredible things.

Lamb and duck. My top choices in meats. There is a Turkish restaurant around me I partake once in a while and they have this lamb wrap that is out of this world! And the lamb skewers and whatever sauce they made for dipping... goddamn.

Some screenshots from my Copenhagen video from the Westmarket street food market.
