Why isn't there a thread. 47 months? I was surprised. Me and my partner agreed it'd be 8ish years, by the time he made the street again. Maybe it'll still be so, with another sentencing to come. Alright, the thread's begun. Discuss. Or not. :troll2:
For my part, the 8 sounded about right, for the 'crimes' he committed, and that's on the harsh side. There'd be a good chance (there's some anyway) that he'd die there. So 47 months is not too shabby. Federal time is the best time (most privileged, and where your rights as an inmate are arguably the most).
I don't know about appeals, remaining out while, and all that. Or even how much time he's still left possibly looking at, and if they can/will stack it.
Here, you can't get mad. No pay wall, no Pat Buchanan. Or whoever's on FOX News.
